Procurement

Cleaning
Raw material passed from 3 washing cycles to remove excessive dust and unwanted particles
Drying
Our 2 stage drying process is optimized for the lowest moisture content in final product, while keeping the nutrients and flavor at its best
Grading
Kibbled, Chopped, Powdered & Skin material are separated to provide uniform finished product
Sorting & Packaging
Sorted finished products are then packed in 2 layer polybags packaging to retain freshness throughout the storage
Storage & Dispatch
Finished material is stored in Controlled Temperatures and Dispatched as per the client’s packaging requirements
